Filled with bright, natural sunlight, this apartment is designed for an unforgettable Canary Islands getaway. The space comfortably accommodates families or groups of friends, featuring two dedicated bedrooms and a flexible third sleeping area. The layout is spread across two floors for maximum privacy and convenience: Ground Floor: -A spacious, air-conditioned living room with a panoramic window, a large comfortable sofa, a dining area, and a Smart TV. -A fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. -Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Upper Floor: -An air-conditioned lounge that serves as a flexible third sleeping area, with options for a double bed or two single beds, a private TV, and a coffee station and a private en-suite bathroom. Private Rooftop Terrace: -Your private 55 sqm rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to unwind. Fire up the gas grill for an alfresco meal, dine under the umbrella, or simply relax on the two sun loungers while soaking in the incredible views and Canarian sunshine. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire two-story apartment, including the private rooftop terrace. Additionally, guests have full access to the shared complex facilities, which include a large, heated communal pool (30 x 10 meters) with complimentary sunbeds. Other things to note -Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. We try to be flexible, subject to availability. Late check-outs may incur additional costs. -Family-Friendly: A baby cot, high chair, and baby dining set are available free of charge upon request. Baby monitor, baby bath, baby safty gards and changing table upon request. -Connectivity: Your stay includes free high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps), satellite TV (ASTRA 19.2), and access to Netflix on the Smart TV. -Safety & Security: Video surveillance may be in use in public areas of the building. The apartment is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device which only measures decibel levels (it does not record audio) to ensure noise remains at a respectful level. -Keys: We provide 2 sets of keys (a third is available upon request). A replacement fee of €50 will be charged for lost keys. -Breakages: Guests are responsible for any breakages during their stay, which will be deducted from the security deposit. -EV Charging: Charging electric vehicles or large batteries (e.g., e-bikes) from the apartment's electrical system is strictly prohibited.
