Prati is one of the most vibrant and elegant districts in Rome. The main shopping street is Via Cola di Rienzo, a short walk from the house.The apartment is on the first floor of an Umbertine building with period flooring and stucco, and has been renovated recently. The space At the entrance of the building there is a flight of stairs before you reach the elevator. The apartment consists of a large hallway, two bedrooms, a study with sofa bed, a living room with a special kitchenette, 3 bathrooms and a hallway, and you can stay up to 9 people. One room sleeps 4 (1 double + 2 single), the other two are one bedroom with double bed and a room with sofa bed. For additional beds, please contact the owner directly. The decor is very comfortable and the bathrooms have been furnished with particular care. The house is equipped with air conditioning, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, hairdryer and iron. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note In the building next door there is an organic supermarket and just 50 m away other two supermarkets; across the street there is a restaurant and a bar/ cafeteria.
