This sweet adobe Casa built in the 1920's and fully updated is our home whenever we can be there. Casa is newly listed here; click my photo to see reviews of our Casita. Location is unbeatable--on wide dead-end in W. Guadalupe historic district, just a short stroll to the Plaza, many restaurants and shops, Georgia O'Keefe and other museums as well as Sprouts grocery, and the Devargas Mall. Stays of 30 nights or more not subject to 7% transient tax and additionally we offer an 18% discount . There is a one bedroom Casita in back which is separated by a high fence and has its own entrance. This is rented separately. You can park in the driveway, off the street. In addition to the entry porch, there is a covered patio with table on the side of the house as well as a "lawn" of artificial turf which does not get muddy or tempt dogs to dig. Please do not go up on the roof. You can check in yourself using the keypad entry. Our neighbor will be available to give you a tour, answer questions or for anything you need on site.
