The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift. It features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, complete with a sofa, armchairs, television, and a spacious dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee machine. A separate utility area includes a washing machine and dryer. The property offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There are two bathrooms, each with a WC and basin—one with a shower and the other with a shower over a bath. The apartment also boasts a balcony overlooking the river, furnished with a table and chairs. A designated parking space is available in the underground car park, along with a ski locker in the building’s basement. Guest access Guests will be met on arrival. Other things to note Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply.
