Gîte des Figuiers - Air-conditioned studio

The Gîte des Figuiers welcomes you to its two independent accommodations adjoining our house: the Studio and/or the Apartment. Located in a very quiet area close to all shops within walking distance and 15 km from the beaches. Ideal for vacations for couples, families or groups of friends up to 10 people. Air conditioning/heating, parking, shared pool (high season) and jacuzzi year-round. Common area: deckchairs, ping pong table, foosball, board games, aquabike, outdoor games. The space The Studio is composed of a single room of 30 m² with: - an equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, etc.), - a 160 x 200 bed, - a 140 x 190 sofa bed, - bathroom with toilet, - Board games available, - bed linen and towels provided Independent entrance with parking in front of the entrance. Fenced garden. In high season, access to the swimming pool shared with the tenants of the Apartment and ourselves, with respect and friendliness. Outdoor Jacuzzi at your disposal (bathrobe rental on request). Possibility to book a bouquet of flowers for your arrival: seasonal bouquet, bouquet of red roses (or other colors) and/or rose petals for a special occasion. Possibility also to book a bottle of champagne and/or a bottle of Roquebrune wine (choice of red, rosé or white).
