The adjoining kitchenette can keep them happily supplied with snacks. Upstairs, a giant wooden totem oversees the living/dining room and points out to the amazing ocean view to the west. Views of Haystack Rock to the south and Tillamook Head to the north join up miles of sandy beach with the endless Pacific meeting the sky. You can cozy up to the electric fireplace and watch TV, enjoy a meal at the dining table or putter in the fully equipped kitchen. Or head out the sliding doors to the wrap-around deck with its built-in picnic table and walk a few feet to a trail through dune grass to the beach. Your Tierra del Mar location puts you minutes away from a grocery store or Pacific City’s Pelican Pub—or drive north to the dunes at Sandlake, Cape Lookout, Oceanside and many other unique destinations on the north coast. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. Your pup must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home, no exceptions. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as outlined in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property.
