We can take you to see all that the East Coast has to offer. The Tin Shed is located on private property (separate from the main house) in Binalong Bay. Binalong Bay is the heart of the Bay of Fires; made famous for its white sandy beaches, distinctive orange rocks and crystal-clear waters. This deluxe hotel room type accommodation is suitable for 2 people. No stairs and level surfaces make access easy. On opening the front door, you will find that the space has a modern, luxurious feel and it is very well appointed. There is a very comfortable Queen Size bed, built in robes with mirror glass doors, a flat screen television/DVD and air conditioner/heat pump. The beautiful bathroom boasts floor to ceiling tiles, floor and towel rail heating and a separate powder room. Whilst there is no kitchenette it has tea/coffee making facilities, a bar fridge, microwave, kettle and a toaster. There is also an undercover Webber BBQ. and plenty of outdoor seating for you to use. Cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, glassware and linen are all supplied. Free off street, under canopy parking available. Free Wifi also available. Our guests have access to: Off street undercover parking Use of outdoor area BBQ Laundry facilities if required. Iron and ironing board can be provided on request. Your hosts live on site but make every endeavor to maintain your privacy. Most times we will be here to welcome you and we are happy to provide you with information about the local area and beyond. Guests are required to be double vaccinated from Covid 19. The ‘Tin Shed’ is just a couple of minutes drive or a short walk away from the magnificent main beach and surrounding gulches, the village green, tennis court, children’s play ground and the local restaurant that has fabulous views over main beach where you may even get to see dolphins at play or even a whale pass by. It is approx. 14km to the main shopping and fishing township of St Helens. Transport options are limited. Beaches, parks, tennis court and restaurant are within easy walking distance. Many scenic points of interest can be reached by car. We also operate a tourism business called Tas4x4Tours so, if you would like to get off the highways and see the real Tasmania, book a tour with us and we can take you to see some of the amazing scenery, flora and fauna. Please be aware that in rural Tas, including here in the bay of fires, unless you are with Telstra, phone services can be a bit hit and miss.
