It`s located on the 16th floor of the south tower offering upscale finishes along with spectacular views of Daytona`s Main Street Pier and Boardwalk. The living room offers a large flat panel TV and private wifi for your convenience. The large couch has a queen sleeper for those extra guests! You`ll enjoy being able to walk out on to your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and pool deck. The great room floor plan opens up the dinning area and full kitchen into the living room so all can enjoy the sights and sound of the ocean! The primary bedroom features a king size bed adjoining a jacuzzi tub bath and vanity area, with it`s own private entrance into a water closet and shower. You`ll also enjoy a flat panel TV in the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom that connects to the second bathroom features 2 queen beds and flat panel TV. The third bedroom has 2 full beds and a work space with a desk to help you stay productive and/or if you work remotely. Both the front side and rear sections of the unit have their own AC controls. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience! The unit comes stocked with top grade linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, so all you need to do is bring the groceries! Per the resort, the minimum age to rent is 21. Also, local guests from Daytona, Ormond, or Holly Hill Florida will be refused check in at the resort due to recent incidents related to locals throwing parties. The resort has the only non-drivable beach in Daytona. The building is located right next to the Ocean Walk shoppes and restaurants, so prepare to be entertained.
