You will enjoy a large bright living space including the living room, dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen and a friendly dining area. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, including a walk-through bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets. Upstairs on the mezzanine, you will find two additional bedrooms, a powder room and a cosy lounge area, ideal for relaxing. The many bay windows and balcony offer a nice view of the surrounding vineyards and the main street of the village, with its local shops: grocery store, bakery, wineries, tobacco shop, etc. Public parking is free and easily accessible around the house.
