The space The apartment is located in a building built in 1911, which we are gradually repairing. There are 6 apartments in the house occupied by permanent tenants and a second apartment for guests. This brand new apartment is comfortably furnished to meet the needs of guests during their stay. Due to the nature of the attic, the passage between the rooms is slightly limited due to the passing beams. Guest access Parking in front of the building is unlimited in dedicated parking spaces, on request it is possible to park for a fee on the property next to the house behind the electric gate (a refundable deposit for the remote control is required). Sitting behind the house in the yard in the greenery (also for smokers) The use of the pergola is unlimited, it is accessible by agreement for guests of both our apartments. Guests pay for the gas consumption for the grill. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and a CO detector, fire extinguishers are available. Currently, 10kW of electricity per day is included in the price of the stay, consumption exceeding this value will be charged at check-out. The electricity meter can be found in the electrical switchboard in the hallway. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, iron, in the kitchen there is a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, hob, everything we use is available to you. The price includes soap, shampoo and shower gel. In case of need, a range of hygiene products is prepared in the bathroom, which is already for a fee - in case of use, please leave an adequate amount to refill the basket. - Instant coffee and tea are available in the minibar.
