Mas Peraquintana - El Galliner

Our Mas is located in the archaeological area of Empúries and in the Natural Park of "Els Aiguamolls de l'Empordà". It is a construction of late-Roman origin, rebuilt in the 17th century and listed as an Asset of Cultural Interest. We are 3km from the center of l'Escala and 15 minutes walk from the beach of the Greek Pier of Empúries (where the Olympic Flame arrived in 1992). The space 70m2 accommodation with a double bedroom and a loft with 2 beds. Full bathroom and kitchen - dining room with a fireplace (you have a Nespresso machine). - It is essential that you tell us the time of arrival. - In low season we can modify these schedules by mutual agreement, always subject to our calendar of occupation. - Occupancy by more people than contracted is illegal, and we may refuse to admit them. - Personal belongings deposited in the accommodation are the responsibility of the guests (you have a safe). - Guests are responsible for the deterioration due to abuse or loss of any equipment intended for their use. Guest access You can enjoy a terrace with a pool at the foot of the accommodations.  At your disposal, table, chairs, lounge chairs and a small BBQ for each accommodation. Other things to note - We're very careful not to disturb the neighbors. - At the end of the stay, the house must be clean and tidy. If it is not in condition, the price of cleaning the deposit will be deducted.
