The beach is located in sight about 150 meters away and also the adventure bridge can be reached in 2 minutes. The morning roll is available directly at the marina (about 30 m). The house has three bedrooms, all with box spring beds and TV. The large bedroom has an extra length bed (2.00 × 2.20 m); the other two rooms have two beds each, which are also zusammenschiebbar.
