Cozy vacation home on the North Sea

Welcome to our cozy cottage on the beautiful North Sea! Here you will find a place of peace and relaxation, just a stone's throw away from the endless expanses of the sea. Our vacation home offers you the perfect retreat for relaxing days with family or friends. It is lovingly decorated and offers all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay. The space - On the ground floor, a new, modern bathroom with a washing machine awaits you. The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – here you will find everything you need for daily use. - The open living and dining area invites you to linger and is equipped with a smart TV, music system, board games and a small library with books for all ages. - Upstairs there is a new toilet, a small bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm). In addition, there is a cot available. Both bedrooms are equipped with external blinds that ensure a good night's sleep. - The outdoor area is also a highlight – on the large protected terrace there is garden furniture, loungers and a cozy beach chair that invites you to relax. You will also find a practical garden house equipped with a barbecue, a clothes rack and sand toys. Here you can not only safely park and charge e-bikes, but it also offers space for strollers, handcarts or walkers. Guest access The vacation home is completely at your disposal. The house's own parking space is about 50 m from the house. Adjacent to the house and the terrace is a garden house. E-bikes can be safely parked and charged here without any problems. Other things to note The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of persons. The minimum rental period is 3 nights. Linens and towels are not included. They can be brought or rented. (bookable directly with the landlord): - Laundry package: €21.00 per person The house must be left in a tidy condition. This also includes removing glass bottles & paper. The dishes are to be stored in the kitchen cabinets clean and washed. The dishwasher must be emptied and turned off. For technical reasons, it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the power supply of the holiday property. During the holiday season, our cottage can only be booked weekly with a check-in on a Saturday (for a booking over 7 nights by appointment)
