A Jewel of Lake View

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk. The space The apartment has a living area with complete kitchen and sofa bed. The double bedroom with fan and aircondition has also access to the balcony. In the generous bathroom you find a washing machine and can enjoy a walk in shower with natural stones and "tropical rain". Guest access All the house is reserved for our guests.
