The house is spacious, has 5 suites (one with an autonomous kitchen whose use is allowed for reservations of more than 10 people), a living room and a Minas Gerais-style kitchen. The outdoor area, in addition to the garden, has a swimming pool and gourmet kiosk with barbecue and wood-fired kitchen. The house is 3 minutes from the wonderful natural pools of Ipitanga! The space The house has a wonderful garden, swimming pool and barbecue area. With 260 sq. meters of built area, the house consists of: a large living room, a very rustic and traditional Minas Gerais-style kitchen and five suites (one with an autonomous kitchen whose use is free for reservations of over 10 people), all of them with air-conditioning. We also have a laundry area. Guest access The house is entirely at the disposal of guests, including the outdoor garden area and the pool. Other things to note Upon delivery of the house, the value in kw indicated on the energy meter will be verified with the client, and only the consumption above R$100 (corresponding on average to 100 kw) will be charged. For each excess kw, a charge of R$ 1.00 per kw will be levied. Upon delivery of the house, the amount in cubic meters indicated on the water meter will also be verified with the client, and only consumption above R$100 (corresponding on average to 10 cubic meters) will be charged. For each excess mc, an amount of R$10.00 per mc will be charged. The use of suite no. 5, with a self-contained kitchen, is available for reservations of more than 10 people. If the customer wants to use the towel service, an additional fee of R$20.00 per person will be charged for the entire stay on top of the rental amount.
