The house consists almost exclusively of natural materials such as wood or sheep's wool and thus largely does without chemically produced materials. It also has a special vacuuming system that transports allergenic substances from the interior directly to the outside. Normal vacuum cleaners would distribute these with the exhaust air back into the room. The furniture was also specially developed for the resort together with interior designers and is free of plasticizers and solvents. The resulting very good indoor air quality ensures a special feeling of well-being.  The spacious living room (40 m²) with dining area, open kitchen and counter has a 40" TV with SONOS soundbar. The sound system can be controlled via your smartphone using the SONOS app. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (160x200) and a large built-in wardrobe. If required, an extra bed (80x200, for a fee) can be added. One bedroom is equipped with a 32" TV. All kitchen appliances such as induction stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with 4-star freezer compartment as well as washing machine and dryer are from Miele. Thanks to a state-of-the-art fiber optic connection (250 Mbit), a powerful Internet connection is available (e.g. for streaming). The Wi-Fi in the house can be deactivated on request. You can enjoy your meals in peace on one of the large terrace areas (partially covered). A terrace table and 6 chairs are available for this. Two loungers invite you to sunbathe extensively on the sun terrace. The garden offers plenty of recreational and play space. Even in the cooler months, nature and house complement each other perfectly. After extensive dike walks in fresh sea air, simply relax with a good book in the sauna or on the sofa or indulge in what works best here: doing nothing! Please note on site: Due to the high-quality furnishings of the house, we charge a 300 euros deposit. Electricity is to be paid extra according to consumption at 49ct/kWh.
