The Bungalow

The Bungalow is a lovely three bedroom house from the 1920’s. It has two queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The front sunroom (with 5 ft fishtank) also has a “day bed” with full-size single foam mattress and can be also be used as an extra bedroom. There is a large kitchen/dining room with huge gas cooktop and electric oven. The lounge is equipped with a remote-controlled, gas log fire. Reverse cycle heat pumps service the main bedroom and kitchen/dining room. The space Tariff includes a selection of teas and coffees and homebaked goodies to welcome you on your arrival. There is also the option to add provisions for a full breakfast: bacon, eggs, tomatoes, cereals, juice, tea, plunger coffee, home baked bread, spreads and homemade jams, and home baked afternoon tea goodies, which will be replenished each day. Guest access We have several chickens in the fully-fenced back yard and guests are invited to help themselves to fresh eggs! Feeding is in the afternoon and we always enjoy any help if guests desire (the children simply love feeding the chooks and collecting any eggs!). There are 3 raised vegetable plots in the back yard along with apple, plum, peach, nectarine, pear and cherry trees, and guests are invited to help themselves to seasonal produce fresh from the tree/garden. The rear yard is fully fenced and we welcome well behaved, outside dogs (by prior arrangement).
