The space House Metropol - Apartment 7: Here you can enjoy carefree island happiness in a cozy yet modernly furnished apartment. The beautiful 2-room apartment has a living area of approx. 65 m² and is located on the 2nd floor above the well-known glassblowing shop. Through the entrance hallway you reach the very spacious bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed. The room offers enough space for the additional accommodation of a child's travel bed. The high-quality mattresses ensure a good night's sleep. Another TV is located in the bedroom. The bright, friendly living space is equipped with a comfortable seating set with comfortable sleeping & relaxation function from which you can look out at the sea, as well as a flat-screen TV, a mini stereo system with CD player and free Wi-Fi. The living area leads directly to the wide balcony with sea views and a patio heater. From here, you can watch the colorful hustle and bustle on the way to the beach. From the dining area in the bay window you have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The spatially separated kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and various small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment. You can also enjoy fresh coffee every day from a Jura coffee machine (including coffee to your heart's content. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet is of course also available.   This apartment is ideally suited for 1-4 people. Your well-behaved dog is also a welcome guest after prior registration and for a small fee. 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor with sea view The house Metropol was built at the beginning of the 20th century as a spa pension in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. It represents the Binz spa architecture in a unique way. Here you will find all the elements that describe this architecture in a building. In addition to the filigree ornaments that catches the eye with the wooden and  wrought iron balconies, the house is characterized by its towers and the risk, which gives its graceful character to the house. Elaborate windows made with attention to detail and a cleaning facade equipped with plenty of stucco decorations complete the picture.
