"Lepa Vida" Vacation Home Sistiana

The house, recently constructed, is situated in the centre of Sistiana, in a quiet area with green spaces. It is located 1,5 km from the beach of Sistiana, 13 km from the center of Trieste and 15 km from the airport of Trieste ( Ronchi dei Legionari ). There are bus stops nearly as well as a train station ( all within walking distance ). Animali di assistenza NON ammessi The space The house is divided into two units. One part is occupied by the owner. The other part is the part for rent. The rented part has its own independent entrance. On the first floor, accessible by stairs, there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed. While on the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (which on request can be joined into a double bed). All 4 rooms have a private bathroom (there are 4 bathrooms). On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette. Guest access Outside, guests can enjoy the patio furnished with a table, stools, garden deckchairs, and part of the large garden, with free parking. The garden is shared with the owner. Other things to note - Courtesy animals not allowed - The property only provides sheets, not towels. - No cleaning is carried out during the stay - The accommodation tax is NOT included in the price, to be paid in cash at check-in.
