The house, recently constructed, is situated in the centre of Sistiana, in a quiet area with green spaces. It is located 1,5 km from the beach of Sistiana, 13 km from the center of Trieste and 15 km from the airport of Trieste ( Ronchi dei Legionari ). Part of it is occupied by the owner. While the other party is the lease. The rented part has its own independent entrance. On the first floor, accessible by stairs there are 3 bedrooms with double bed. While on the ground floor there is a bedroom with two twin beds ( which can be joined into a double bed upon request). All 4 rooms have a private bathroom (there are 4 bathrooms). On the ground floor there is a living space with kitchenette. Guest access Outside, guests can enjoy the patio furnished with table, scales, garden lounge chairs, and part of the large garden, with free parking space. The garden is shared with the owner. Other things to note - No courtesy animals - The structure only provides the sheets, not the towels. - Cleaning is not carried out during the stay - The stay tax is NOT included in the price, to be paid in cash at check-in.
