Newlyn Cottage is a charming three-bedroom retreat situated in a quiet corner of the main Tresooth courtyard. Spread over two levels and featuring a private bathroom for each bedroom, Newlyn is ideal for groups of friends, though families will also feel right at home. The cottage boasts a welcoming open-plan living and dining area, complete with a cosy log burner for relaxing evenings. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space Tresooth Cottages is a select development of 16 individual holiday cottages, set around a central Cornish stone courtyard, converted from an original dairy farm. With an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, high speed WIFI and a childrens' play area, the facilities are a step above many of the other holiday cottages in the area. Set in the corner of the main Tresooth courtyard, Newlyn is a three bedroom cottage set over two levels. With a bathroom for each bedroom, Newlyn is especially suited to groups of friends, but families will also enjoy everything Newlyn has to offer. The cottage has a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need for your stay. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite, and all 3 bedrooms can be set up as Superkings or twins, or a combination of both. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. Guests can enjoy the tropical courtyard and flower beds from the cottage's patio area and picnic table just outside. Parking is shared with the other cottages and located to the front of the complex. Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the communal sauna, hot-tub and games room during their stay.
