Located in the heart of Russell, this beautifully decorated holiday home offers 3 or 5 bedroom options to accommodate extended family and is the ideal spot for a relaxing Bay of Islands escape. There's a great communal pool, BBQ & spa area as well as a play area for the kids, making this the perfect family getaway! The space Make yourself comfortable in the open-plan living space, watch your favourite channels and stay connected on the complimentary WiFi. The french doors provide seamless indoor-outdoor flow on to the sheltered deck, where you can dine alfresco with a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a glass of wine, and watch the kids play a game of backyard cricket on the lawn. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to six guests. in the main house, the annex sleeps an extra 4 persons. In the upstairs area, the master is fitted with a queen-sized bed and has an ensuite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and two singles and a shared bathroom. The lower level annexe features 2 single beds and a queen bed with a full shared bathroom. A guest toilet and separate laundry with an extra fridge/freezer downstairs add to the conveniences for your stay. You’ll love the resort style living here, with fantastic, shared recreation facilities to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay. Take a dip in the heated swimming or spa pool, get the BBQ grilling, and the kids will absolutely love the small playground. Not only does this holiday home offer you a tranquil place to relax, there is also an array of places to explore and activities to enjoy in the area. Walk three minutes to indulge in the fantastic restaurants and cafes in the area. We highly recommend the famous Duke of Marlborough, or Hones Garden for some great authentic Italian food. Head to the info centre at the Russell Wharf to take one of the many tours on offer. Take a dolphin cruise to the Hole in the Rock, take a game fishing charter, or unleash your adventurous side in a high speed jet boat ride. Or enjoy a balmy beach day at Long Beach, just a three-minute drive away from home. To immerse yourself in the history of the town, make your way to Pompallier House built in 1842, or the Russell Museum to explore the wonderful collection of New Zealand history & find out why Russell was once called the Hellhole of the Pacific! Guest access There are no shared spaces. Other things to note Prices are based on the first 4 persons using 2 bedrooms, then an additional pricing for extra persons applies. This will be automatically calculated when you add your guest numbers. Please note, the annex only becomes available for groups larger than 6 people, and is based as above per person per bed. Special requests for the use of all beds with guests less than the full cottage will be charged at the full cottage rate.
