FEES • The base tariff includes 4 people; extra guests incur an additional fee per person, per night. • Pet Fees are $30 per pet, per night, payable separately after booking. • Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking. PETS • Pets are charged at $30 per pet, per night, in addition to the reservation cost. • Notify us if bringing pets; payment request will follow. • Pets must not use furniture, beds, or linens. • Bring your pet's own bedding, bowls, and poo bags. • Clean up after pets and ensure they do not damage property or disturb neighbours. • A $60 charge will apply for any excrement left behind. • Fines apply for breaches of these terms. ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE • Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity for charging your electric car. • There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately. • Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay. •⁠ There is no dedicated EV port at the property. • Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the property’s electricity supply. CLEANING FEE • The cleaning fee reflects the actual cost of professional cleaning and linen hire for each booking. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house and property. Other things to note 9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW • For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours. IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY • This property is exclusively for registered guests. It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission. NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY • We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund. CANCELLATION POLICY • Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. • Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. • COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. • Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities.
