The apartment has recently been renovated and offers comfort and amenities. It consists of an entrance hall, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed (with LCD TV and stereo), a terrace with a panoramic view, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen with appliances (washing machine, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster). Apartment on the 3rd floor with an elevator, located in a small building and with free adjacent parking. Public transport is just a few minutes away, namely: metro, bus with stop in front. Shops of all kinds are located about 300 meters away (pastry shops, pizzeria, restaurant, supermarkets, pharmacies, ice cream parlors, rotisseries, shopping center) Via Tiburtina is about 400 meters away. Getting there from the airports (Fiumicino or Ciampino) is very convenient as you can reach Tiburtina Station with a shuttle and from there on foot, or with a subway stop, you can reach the apartment. Tiburtina Station is about a 10-12 minute walk. The bus stops in front of the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is for guests' exclusive use. Arrival is scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is possible to arrive after 8:00 p.m. – at the latest by 10:00 p.m. – by paying a supplement on site.
