The space The charm of an old building in the middle of Lake Constance combined with the advantages of a new apartment. (climate, induction, rain shower, etc.) In the year 2019 this beautiful, cosy, bright apartment was completely renovated. Due to its central location and good connections, you can reach all large cities and Lake Constance in no time at all. A lot of importance was attached to high-quality materials and a homely atmosphere. Likewise a high-quality kitchen with all important electrical built-in appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, oven) was built in. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped from cutlery to coffee machine and leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The bathroom has a large rain shower to relax and feel good. Also here towels, hair dryer and further are available. For pleasant nights there is a bed incl. Maratze by Bett1 (best rated mattress) as well as a very comfortable sofa bed by Innovation. With the sleep couch it was paid attention that the couch is equipped with a thick mattress for high sleep comfort. This means there is enough space in the apartment for up to four people. For multimedia and communication there is a flat screen TV and free, fast WLAN. For longer stays there is a washing machine and drying room, which can be used free of charge.
