There is a large lounge for everyone to relax in and entertain, with bi-fold doors that can be opened up in to the Games room/study room. This in turn flows through to a large open plan kitchen and dining area that leads out via French doors to the garden and further outdoor seating and BBQ area. There is a downstairs cloakroom. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower room. The top floor master bedroom has an ensuite with bath and shower, and there is a designated desk and work area. Guest access You are booking for full use of the entire house. It is a victorian house with a large modern open plan kitchen/dining area. You have full use of all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery along with all the appliances (Range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.). The games room has a table and seating to use to play table tennis and a range of board games, and there is also a piano. The garden has a further outdoor dining area for entertaining and there is a BBQ for cooking alfresco. The WiFi code will be given to you on arrival. Fibre Broadband available for watching the OLED TV and streaming movies. The lounge also contains a log burner. There is a work area available with desk and WiFi access, should you need it. They are not allowed on furniture or upstairs. Parking: There is no off-road parking or parking immediately outside the house. On Middleway (the top road, about 25 metres from the house), there is resident only permit parking, which we will leave plenty of permits for. Check-in time is 3pm and the check-out time is 11am.
