The 45 m2 apartment is located 5 minutes from the center of Clermont, capital of Auvergne and stronghold of the world leader in tires: Michelin The space It consists of 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a 160 bed and the other with 2 beds of 90. Bathroom with walk-in shower the toilet is self-contained - Furnished kitchen: --- microwave --- fridge-freezer --- dishwasher --- multifunction oven --- cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, dishes...etc. -Washer -Clim reversible -Gasarbecue - Insulated electric shutters with mosquito net - Parking space in the enclosed courtyard - 10 m2 terrace plus living room - Parking space in the enclosed courtyard. - Pets not allowed because we have a small dog Louna and a cat - No smoking -Supermarkets , restaurants and market 15mn walk and 10mn drive - View of Puy de Dôme - Beds made upon arrival of vacationers with towels - The swimming pool is closed during the winter period. - Check-in time: 4pm-6pm Check-out time 8am-10am -End of stay cleaning is 65 euros if you choose not to do it . - The hot tub is extra during your stay. (see conditions of use with the owners) -Bétanque court. - Ping pong table -You want to relax, muscle or tone yourself in addition to the pool you can use apartment bike, rower... - We take a deposit check of 400 euros on arrival returned on departure. The amount of the charges is included in the price. Guest access The jacuzzi is an extra during your stay. (see the terms of use with the owners) The pool is open from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Closed during the winter period. The pool is only for cottage tenants and owners. If you want to stretch, build muscle or tone up, in addition to the pool you can use the exercise bike, rowing machine, etc. Other things to note - On the pool deck overlooking Puy de Dôme and the Gergovie plateau - We'll take a damage deposit of 400 euro upon arrival, returned upon departure - The amount of the charges is included in the price.
