The flat also has the stunning addition of a balcony that stretches across the front of the flat that benefits from full sunlight until 3pm. Guest access The parking space provided is directly in front of the flat entrance. Through a communal front door is a set of stairs which lead to the main entrance. Please note, this property is not wheelchair friendly. Other things to note We kindly ask that our guests do not host parties, dinner parties and are not noisy. As with all older buildings, this flat is not sound proof and we ask that you respect the neighbours in the building. Please note, the parking space is relatively narrow, so would only be appropriate for a small to medium vehicle.
