Forget your worries in this spacious and serene mountain home. This level-entry home envelopes your senses. Smell the pine and fir trees and listen to the bubbling brook that runs year-round along the canyon floor. Dine or cook indoor or out on the BBQ and new patio furniture. Relax in the garden hammock under the fir and maple trees. Located on a cul-de-sac with little traffic, bring your bikes and scooters. Close to all yet a world away, your stress will melt and your heart will sing. This recently refurbished 2,100 sq. ft. home with a modern bent is your retreat. New furniture compliments the beautiful tongue and groove 25-foot ceiling giving a warm and roomy feel to the living and dining room. Lots of large windows throughout the home bring the outdoors in and lend an air of treehouse. The lovely stone fireplace and leather sectional in the living room allow you to enjoy movie night on your 55 inch HD TV with Roku. The dining room looks out over the deck which looks down to Orchard Creek and up to gorgeous mature trees. Enjoy lots of storage in the kitchen, including a huge pantry. A half bath is conveniently located right off the kitchen. Down to the second story you will find two full spacious bathrooms and three bedrooms. The large king bedrooms with ceiling fans have closet space galore for stowing all your luggage, skis, etc. A master suite with an intimate balcony and comfy chat set awaits you and your beverage of choice. Youth and the young-at-heart will love the twin over full bunk beds. Laundry facilities are conveniently located between the bedrooms with laundry hampers. The third-floor is the place to gather for PlayStation 4 gaming on the huge bean bag chair; playing a board game; or putting a puzzle together. The office has a desk with sliding keyboard tray, filing cabinet, storage, and recessed lighting to allow you to conveniently work remotely. A queen size air mattress allows a couple to have a whole floor to themselves or kids to play all night without disturbing the other guests. A full bath on the third floor allows guests to spread out and have their pick of bathrooms. Level entry allows easy loading and unloading of cars which are parked off-street and close to the home. We are also child-friendly: just ask us! Guests will have access to the whole house except the garage and an owner's closet on the third floor. I am only a text away! Quiet neighborhood on a flat and maintained cul-de-sac road. For the adventurous, you can follow Orchard Creek which flows year-round all the way down to the Lake which is about a mile away. You are only a few miles away from the Village and even closer to Cedar Glen. There is room for two cars to park on the parking deck and an additional car to park perpendicular to the deck while still off-street. Flat parking deck and front-door entry makes unloading and loading cars easy. 1. We are committed to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol; our home is professionally cleaned between every stay. 2. Access will be provided via personalized keycode that will activate before check-in and deactivate at check-out. 3. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. The password will be provided prior to check in. Cell phone coverage at the property is spotty (especially for non-Verizon users), so be prepared to rely on WiFi-based communication. Or better yet, turn your phone off. You're welcome. 4. This property is ideal for 1-2 families, and comfortably sleeps 8 people. This is not a party house, and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are expected to be maintained while on the property. We know and love our neighbors and they us. Please be respectful as they will alert us if noise is excessive and continues during quiet hours after 10pm. Parties and events are not allowed at our home. 5. The property has a maximum of 2 parking spots on site with room for a third car perpendicular to the other two. Street parking is prohibited by local regulations. Parking restrictions are strictly enforced, so please plan carefully. 6. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues as it has two flights of stairs. 7. This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an additional cleaning fee. 8. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and parking areas. Video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in case of break-ins, animal activity, and to help us maintain appropriate occupancy and a pet-free property. Security cameras do not look into interior spaces. 9. This property is a permitted short term rental within the beautiful San Bernardino mountains. Guests must abide by all short term rental ordinance restrictions and laws. Failure to do so may cause fines, loss of deposit and/or early termination of stay without refund. Violations cited by the County that include a fine will be the guest’s responsibility. 10. Our home is within the rights to provide Lake Access to our guests and we are excited to offer this to our guests. We are happy to help you with lake access.
