Penny's Place is safe, relaxing and well located with coastal views. Walk to the beach, St Ives for shopping or a meal out, (bus back?). Join St Michaels' Way nearby. Buses available to St Ives, Penzance, Truro etc. Tesco with a Starbucks a few minutes away. Free parking. Garden back n front. Guest access The walk from Carbis Bay Station is steep and long. Better get bus from St Erth station to Tescos Carbis Bay which is two minutes walk to property - although you wouldn't know it was there. Double bedroom. Bathroom with toilet. Breakfast, (toast or cereal) in the kitchen overlooking garden. During your stay Theres a key safe for self check in If I'm not home to greet you. Guests can always call me if they need me or have questions. Other things to note I try and provide an easy going (but clean and tidy) atmosphere where you can relax and not stand on ceremony. I like to feel you can arrive and slot into life here as a home from home. A kettle and teabags are provided in your room. Guests are welcome to use fridge and microwave in kitchen downstairs. The beach is a plesant walk away but quite a steep hill to climb on the way back.( I always get the bus back from St Ives). Tescos and Costas are very close by for buying snacks etc. There's a good leisure centre in St Ives with Yoga , pilates, Tai Chi, etc classes. swimming and gym. Theres also a cinema and the Tate Gallery. 4 sandy beaches many restaurants, clothes and jewellery shops abound. Nice Harbour to sit on.
