Enjoy this cozy and private neighborhood home with a large outdoor deck and fenced backyard. This home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town in a modest and quiet neighborhood. It is convenient to Wake Forest University and nearby shopping. Approximately 15-20 minutes to downtown Winston-Salem. Our home is 70 years old and, while greatly cared for, does show its age in some places. Please expect some loving wear and quaint vibes. The space This home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a third bedroom currently set up as a home office. There is a full kitchen, and a combined living room/dining room area. Outside you will find a large deck with an outdoor dining area and a fenced yard. Other things to note ***PLEASE READ: there is a home being built on the lot next door. There is potential for construction noise/traffic during the day. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but please message me with questions or concerns. Pet policy: pets are welcome but must be listed on the reservation. 2 pet maximum unless otherwise approved. A $40 per pet fee applies at booking. Kindly clean up after your pet in the yard.
