This studio is really bright, and is perfectly equipped to receive up to 4 guests. When accessing the property you will find the kitchen equipped with a electric kettle, a nespresso coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the crockery and pots to enjoy a delicious meal. Next is a living area with a sofa bed, where 2 guests can rest, and a Smart TV that includes Netflix. The sector is complemented by the main double bed, which includes bed linens, and a storage area. After the room, you will access to a beautiful balcony equipped with outdoor table and chairs, and from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the complex. Finally, the bathroom area has ample sink space. The studio offers modern and warm decoration, taking care of all the details, so that our guests feel at home. The condominium includes other facilities that guests can enjoy during their stay: a swimming pool, tennis court, large garden, parking and surveillance. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected. There's community parking available inside the urbanization but please note this works on a first come, first serve basis so you might not always find a spot to park inside. In that case, there's also free street parking available you can take advantage of! *Crib available upon request at additional cost *Linen and towels included in the rate. *Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and costs. Guest access We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates. Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€. *Crib available upon request at additional cost *Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels. *Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost. * Pool is open usually from May to October every year. Please check with us to see if the pool will be open during your visit. * Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance. Other things to note *Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deaparture, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour. Golden Mile is a luxury neighborhood. You will find around lot of hotels, shops, restaurants and the most beautiful and the most beautiful promenade on the Sun Coast. Beach is 500 meters away, Marbella Club 700 meters, Lobito de Mar 300 meters away. Marbella Center is 5 minutes away by car and Puerto Banus 7 minutes away.
