We’re renting out our beautiful bright Parisian flat during the upcoming summer. It is in a perfectly central location, next to the Cirque d’Hiver, one block away from the popular Marais district, and is served by 3 metro lines. It’s fully equipped, with a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a 1st floor without elevator. It’s suitable for a family of 5. Our bike is in the courtyard and you’re welcome to use it during your stay. The space The apartment breaks down as follows: Living room with a big sofa, coffee table, carpet, sideboard… all in a modern design decoration. Windows on the street. Modern kitchen open to the living room with fridge, microwave, hotplates, air fryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook and eat. Several storage spaces. Dining area with a table and chairs First bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, bedside table, dressing room and desk. Windows on the street. Bathroom, adjoining the first bedroom, with walk-in shower, sink and hairdryer. Bedroom n°2 with a bed of 160 x 200 cm, wardrobe, armchair and office area. Courtyard window, very quiet and extremely fresh in summer. Bedroom n°3 adjoining bedroom n°2, with a single bed of 90 x 200 cm, storage space and a courtyard window. A second bathroom with walk in shower and sink adjoining bedroom n.2. Independent toilet with washing machine and dryer is to be found with access in the living room. The apartment is very bright and quiet, fully equipped with household linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating. There’s no airconditioning but we have portable fans in each room.
