Accessed through a private entrance (with a staircase). There are two bedrooms each with fire egress and one bathroom. The suite’s access is through the first bedroom. There is a small kitchenette between the rooms and we provide the basics for coffee, refrigeration, and microwaving. Enjoy the Colorado weather in our large communal backyard! The shared backyard has spaces to lounge and we can provide yard games as well. The hosts live on the upper floor so there is mild noise shared between the units. We respect the quiet hours and expect the same from our guests. For longer stays we typically can arrange access to our washer/dryer but need to communicate about laundry in advance. Guest access Guest access is through a separate dedicated entrance with a keycode lock. There are steep stairs to the entrance.
