This home has everything you need to rest and relax! Our home is located on 2.5 acres with a lots of things to do while you’re here. The list goes on from games like checkers to activities like roasting s’mores on our fire pit You have access to the entire home via smart lock keypad. You’ll have full access to the house and you will be able to contact me the the Airbnb app. This home is located in a quiet lake community. Our home is on 2.5 acres You will need a car to get around. For all of the University of Georgia fans we are just 20 mins away from Downtown Athens! Please keep in mind that we are in the Georgia woods and from time to time you will find a bug or too. If you are terrified of bugs then this may not be the space for you. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook. The fireplace is wood burning. If you use it we ask if you can close the vent afterwards. The grill on the porch is a coal grill. If you use it clean it afterwards. There will be an additional charge of $50 if it’s not cleaned. There is no smoking inside of the home. There is a $200 smoking fee if we find out you have been smoking inside. Also note that our Cabin is very private but it is located off of a main country road. During rush hour it can noisy. Outside of those times it’s very quiet. There are lots of fun things nearby to do! Feel free to use our bikes to ride the local Sandy Creek trail straight to Downtown Athens! Enjoy the brewery and local restaurants in downtown Jefferson! We are just a quick 20 min drive from Downtown Athens, University of Georgia, Creature Comforts and everything Athens has to offer! Enjoy shopping at the Tanger outlets in Commerce!
