In a green setting, charming house that sleeps 6/8 with views of the golf course and nature. You will have access to the 3 swimming pools of the Pierre & Vacances residence, one of which is heated from April to early November. The ocean and in particular the pretty beach of Les Chênes Lièges is 900 m away on foot or by bicycle. The space Our accommodation is quiet on the edge of the golf course and the forest with bike paths to go directly to the ocean: 3 minutes by bike and 12 minutes on foot. The house has 3 bedrooms: - a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - one bedroom with 2 single beds - one bedroom with 2 bunk beds. + a 140 x 200 sofa bed which is also available in the living room. The bedding is new and of good quality. You will also have access to 1 bathroom and 1 shower room as well as 2 toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, orange press... July/August linen and cleaning are included in the rental. Outside the summer period, sheets and towels are included for stays of 7 days or more, otherwise they are optional. If you would like to benefit from this service: 15 euros for a large bed and 10 euros per small bed. A deposit of 60 euros for the cleaning is required upon arrival; if the cleaning has been properly done it will be returned to you. No private WIFI in the accommodation. Paid access is possible by connecting to the Pierre et Vacances Wi-Fi pass. Carts are available in the parking lot to help you unload your belongings. You can participate in the various activities offered by Pierre et vacances from April to October: theme nights, sports, relaxation... A children's club is open during the holidays (for a fee) from the age of 3 months. Booking is made directly on site with the club. Guest access access to the residence with a secure code barrier. Free parking on site. 4 charging stations within the residence for electric cars. Other things to note Board games, rackets and ping pong balls are available. On site, you can enjoy petanque courts, volleyball courts, ping pong tables and playground for children. A grocery store with bread and pastries is next to the general reception. A grill/plancha, clothes drying rack, iron and hairdryer are also available.
