In a green setting, charming 6/8 sleeping house with views of golf and nature. You will have access to the 3 swimming pools of the Pierre & Vacances residence, one of which is heated from April to the end of October. The ocean and especially the pretty cork oak beach is a 900m walk or bike ride away. Our house 85 is located at hole number 10 for golfers. Featured on Google Maps. The space Our place is quiet on the edge of golf and the forest with bike path departures to get directly to the ocean: 3 minutes by bike and 12 minutes by foot. The house has 3 bedrooms: - a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed - one bedroom with 2 single beds - one bedroom with 2 bunk beds. + a 140x200 sofa bed which is also available in the living room. The bedding is new and of high quality. Guests will also have access to 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom as well as 2 toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, orange press... July / August linen and cleaning are included in the rental. Outside of the summer period, sheets and towels are included for stays of 7 days or more otherwise they are an option. If you want to benefit from this service: 15 euros for a queen bed and 10 euros per small bed. A deposit of 60 euros for cleaning is required upon your arrival; if the cleaning has been done correctly it will be returned to you. Private Wi-Fi access within the accommodation (Fiber). Caddies are available in the parking lot to help you unload your belongings. You can participate in the different activities offered by Pierre and holidays from April to October: theme nights, sports, relaxation... A children's club is open during the holidays (for a fee) from the age of 3 months. The reservation is made directly on site with the club. Guest access access to the residence with a secure code barrier. Free parking on site. 4 charging stations within the residence for electric cars. Other things to note Board games, rackets and ping pong balls are available. On site, you can enjoy petanque courts, volleyball courts, ping pong tables and playground for children. A grocery store with bread and pastries is next to the general reception. A grill/plancha, clothes drying rack, iron and hairdryer are also available.
