Welcome to Casa CintiLAR. Stay in a private residence divided into 4 studio apartments, clean, cozy, semi-detached, simple and in an upscale area. Cared for with dedication and affection. Only the outside area is shared. You'll have privacy. We want quiet guests, who go out to work during the day, who do not smoke inside the studio apartment and who respect that it is forbidden to receive visits from friends and relatives on the premises. The pool is unavailable in winter. The space -Environment: residential; with everything a traveler needs to sleep and cook. Note: The shared laundry is in front of kitnet 4. - Temperature: on hot days, cold pool, and cold air conditioning. - Winter: blankets, fireplace (we do not supply firewood) and hot air-conditioning. -Concept of our kitnets: They are like Mini Houses with adjoining walls, so we ask for silence. -Features: private entrance; curtains; hot and cold air-conditioning; Wi-Fi; Smart TV; bed and bath linens; appliances; security cameras in the EXTERNAL area; etc. -Location: wide and paved avenue; close to shops and restaurants; fitness center 50 meters away; 20 meters away is a beautiful square with trees, benches and toys. It is 11 km from the airport. Airbnb modality we choose to operate: Accommodation per night, not rent. Minimum stay of 3-4 nights and maximum of 90 nights. You can then make a new reservation. An ID is required at check-in. Other things to note - I don't speak any other language. Only Portuguese. - It has cameras showing ONLY the outside area. - The washing machine is shared.
