We...the apartment Haus Melanie... are at a village altitude (640 m above sea level) In the middle of lush green meadows, charming hiking trails and huge trees, you will find the necessary peace and balance from everyday life / work /city whisper. Very close to the foot of the Haidelberg ( 5 km ), which is very popular with guests and locals, summer and winter. The 85 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house built in 2006. So no oldie : )) the furniture is not from the bulky waste and the apartment has been painted in lovely tones. All windows have exterior blinds, the roof windows interior blinds with aluminum shedding (keeps nice and cool) All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, which contributes very much to well-being, especially in winter. On the large south-facing balcony, you can end your vacation days with a good drink. An ashtray is available for smokers (balcony) because smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Our house is in a wonderful location in the middle of lush green meadows. The panoramic views of the town of Waldkirchen, 7 km away, will delight you. The magnificent low mountain landscape of the Southern Bavarian Forest offers ideal conditions for a varied holiday in nature. Waldkirchen in the Bavarian Forest offers a diverse range of leisure activities: e.g. climbing forest, the Karoli swimming park, the golf course Poppenreut and much more. Look forward to the view, a lot of nature that can offer you the long-awaited relaxation. A large garden with many possibilities awaits you. We are in the border triangle of Bavaria/Austria/Czech Republic. Real Bavarian cuisine in the neighboring village is 4 km away.
