Entry is via a secure smart lock. The garage is partially restricted, but laundry is available inside. Other things to note Please read fully before booking. Booking the property is deemed of understanding and acceptance of house rules. ✔️ OCCUPANCY - The listed price covers up to four guests. An additional fee of $50 per person, per night applies for any extra guests. - No more than six people may occupy the premises at any one time unless prior written consent is obtained. - Any party falsely representing the number of people or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. 🐾 PETS - Trained pets are allowed for an additional fee of $150. - Pets are not allow in the pool and we ask you to keep them off the couch and beds. - We also ask you to clean after your pets. 🪑 FURNISHINGS. - Furnishing is provided. - The guest shall return all such items at the end of the stay in a condition as good as existed at the beginning of the stay. - Normal wear and tear are expected. 🔇 BE RESPECTFUL - Guests should not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks), or Inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. 🚫 N0 SMOKING OR VAPING - Smoking or vaping is strictly forbidden inside the property. - Smoking inside the property will result in immediate eviction and will result in additional cleaning fee. 🔥 FIRE SAFETY - Guest may cook only in the specific areas set aside by the host for cooking. - No open fires are allowed other than in the grill, outdoor fireplace, or stove. - The grill must remain in an open area, away from trees, house, etc. - All fires must be thoroughly extinguished before leaving unattended. 🧼 CHECK-OUT - The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. - The rental fee includes laundry service for the towels and linens. - Guests are required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was received by making sure that the dishes are washed, and the house is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted, disinfected, and laundered. - Our housekeepers will arrive at 11:00 am on the date of checkout. 🏊‍♂️ POOL DETAILS AND RULES - No diving, no glass, no food, and no running near the pool - Any individual under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult when they are in the water. - Pool pump is programmed to run daily during designated hours. - Pool heater is set to a fixed temperature of 75°F and operates only from January through March.The heater will activate only when both: the pool pump is running, and the water temperature is below 75°F. The heater will not run if the water temperature is 75°F or higher. - Pool heater settings, including the temperature, are fixed. We are unable to accommodate individual requests to adjust the heater or its schedule. - Pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home, typically on Fridays. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes. 📛 SWIMMING POOL WAIVER. Guests voluntarily assume the risks involved in all activities associated with swimming in the pool located at the premises, and therefore: Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the house owner, for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from the use of the swimming pool. 📸 CAMERAS. - Our home has cameras that cover the entire exterior of the house. - No personal spaces have camera's. This is only for safety and insurance purposes. - No cameras are inside the house. 🌿 LAWN care - Lawn mowing is schedule every other week. - The staff will access the pool area via the gate on the side of the home. - Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. 🗑️ TRASH AND RECYCLING. - Trash is collected every Monday and Thursday. - Recycle is on Wednesday. - You are welcome to move the trash and recycling to the curb if the containers are full. 🛂 ID VERIFICATION - We may require pictures of government-issued ID for the safety of our guests, our housekeepers and ourselves. 🚨 IMPORTANT: Wi-Fi Policy - Disconnection of the WIFI is an automatic and Immediate cancellation of the reservation. - Regardless of time or day, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately. ⚠️ Booking the property is deemed of understanding and acceptance of house rules.
