You can come as you are and relax in the home, lounge on the decks, enjoy the river and soak in the hot tub right on the river, have a fire, grill out, play darts, cornhole or just explore the property. The property is wooded with walking paths and 800 ft of private river for swimming, tubing, fishing, and sometimes snorkeling. In the summer it's very private and protected by the leaves. In the winter it is a more open view to neighbors but still plenty of privacy. There is an easy-access beach area and an island that is ever-changing as the river comes and goes—plenty of outdoor seating options. RiverRocks is a special natural setting that is beautifully rugged and tranquil. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy except for areas that are marked off for your safety for riverbank repairs which will not affect your stay at all. The driveway is private and only shared on occasion with the owner who's residence is beyond the cabin. The property is 8 acres and has plenty of river access. The river is not too deep which makes it perfect for dropping a chair in and floating on a tube in most areas. However, depending on river height there are deep swimming holes too on upper part of river. The river heights vary based on rainfall amounts so it's an ever-changing experience. Naturally beautiful with the forest left natural. The river is yours to enjoy however please do not go on other property's riverbanks. Other things to note The home is a cozy 1100 sf cabin open concept. The second bedroom is open to the living room and has thick double layered drapery instead of doors to experience the view and light into the house but there are no solid doors in this room and no doors on the open loft with the twin beds. Be aware there is river bank can be too steep in some areas for river access so we just like guests to be aware. There are access points right in front of the house and along the riverbank upriver to the left. RiverRocks has an age requirement of 25 for the main booking party. Children are welcome but take caution for their safety with this property. Only the booking party is allowed on the property. If you wish to have other people join you for the day use of the river.... a 35 daily use fee/pp and an additional waiver must be signed by your guests and this must be done in advance of your booking.
