Access to the condominium is controlled, so security is excellent and the location is unbeatable. All spaces have broadband WiFi, we offer you hygiene amenities such as biodegradable shampoo and soap, thus supporting the care of the environment. It is important that you know that all our rooms and common areas are cleaned with biodegradable products, sanitized and disinfected on a recurring basis by trained personnel and with products for professional use, in addition to having the necessary health measures. For Grupo ALPE the most important thing is your health and that of our collaborators. Guest access Registered guests will have full access to the property and its amenities. We are also pleased to offer you the concierge service to make reservations at your favorite restaurant in the area, go on tours, order supermarket purchases prior to your arrival or simply take advantage of the recommendations to enjoy your stay. Other things to note - Extra guests are not permitted. As an exception, a baby under 2 years old may be accommodated at an additional cost of $250 MXN per night, as the administration considers them an extra guest. The corresponding payment will be processed through Airbnb once the reservation is confirmed. A bath towel and beach towel will be provided for the baby. - If you need an iron, baby cot or any special item, we ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do everything possible to have it ready for your arrival. - We offer SmartTVs so that each guest can access their Streaming accounts. - Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM
