SugarTop Resort is the perfect retreat for snow-skiing in winter or escaping the heat of summer. During the summer kids and adults love the wrap around pool or all that the great outdoors has to offer. The space You will feel welcomed and valued the moment you step inside our clean and cozy condo. All as pictured: A full kitchen and dining room, The master bedroom has a full size bed, two dresser drawers, two nightstands, and private full bath . The second bedroom offers two twin beds (put them together for a king bed), a dresser drawer, and one night stand. Guest full bath. The Living Room includes a sofa bed, 2 large armchair, a coffee table, 2 end tables and a real wood burning fireplace (Do not use. Burning is prohibited due to occasional high winds.) Guest access Guest are able to enjoy the whole condo and all amenities in the building including wrap around swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym. Other things to note Long-term guests (7 days and longer), please clean the bathrooms and kitchen regularly. A one time cleaning between guests does not remove tub, sink, and floor stains left for weeks. Guest that do not clean the unit regularly will be charged extra for leaving the unit filthy.
