Enjoy its sunny terrace or relax by its swimming pool, everything is done to have a very pleasant stay! The space We offer our residential house for your holidays! It is a very large atypical Charentais house with exposed stones and beams, with very spacious living rooms. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, as well as a shower room/toilet. The master bedroom is on the ground floor. It has its own bathroom/toilet. Thanks to a bay window, you will have direct access to the garden with a small terrace, right next to the pool! The kitchen gives direct access to a large terrace with garden furniture, parasols and BBQ. The swimming pool is surrounded by walls and can be closed by a gate for the safety of your children. A plancha and a small sink will allow you to spend very pleasant evenings there! The garden is completely enclosed. An electric gate allows you to park your cars there. Bikes are at your disposal. A small vegetable garden will bring you delicious tomatoes, zucchini... Other things to note This house is our own home. So we rent it out during our vacation. Unlike some homes intended only for rent, we will not be able to completely depersonalize our house, but everything will of course be provided so that you can settle in comfortably, store your belongings... and have a very pleasant stay!! We have 2 cats, Bambie and Mia, who are very endearing and absolutely not aggressive… they will just need some kibble… and petting :)
