The space The Villa extends over two floors, with welcoming, bright and finely furnished interiors. Consisting of 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, of which 3 with double bed and 1 with a queen-size bed. Villa Càrula can accommodate up to 9 people thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped eat-in kitchen and 2 bathrooms with showers complete the interior.This splendid villa for rent with private pool in San Teodoro also has mosquito nets on all windows and a charging station for electric cars. Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and approval by the owners. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. To be paid at check-in: - Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. - Any pending balance required. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €2.000,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay. In the event of damages or failure to comply with the villa’s rules, the agency reserves the right to withhold an amount corresponding to the damages incurred. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins.
