The apartment is equipped with electric roller shutters in the living room. All linens are provided (bath towels, hand towels, dish towel, wash cloths) from two nights, as well as a hair dryer, iron + ironing board, and cleaning products, vacuum cleaner and some basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea) Cleaning fees only include preparing the accommodation for future visitors; so please do what is necessary to leave the premises clean and tidy, clean the appliances after use and throw away the garbage. On request you can have access to the washing machine in the laundry room for stays longer than a week. You will find tranquility while being close to all amenities: restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, bus lines... everything is easily accessible. Nature and walking lovers will be delighted: vast green spaces surround the accommodation, with children's playgrounds, pedestrian and cycling trails ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Just a 10-minute walk away, crossing these green spaces, you will discover a beautiful pond whose tour is about 1.3 km, with a very recent playground for the youngest. The accommodation is only a 10-minute drive from the gates of Rennes, or a 30-minute bike ride for the more athletic.
