Delightful apartment with mountain views in the center of Rocca di Mezzo, easy to reach even in the presence of snow. It is located on the Altopiano delle Rocche, just minutes from the ski resorts of Campo Felice and Ovindoli, suitable for winter and summer stays because it is the starting point for numerous excursions through forests and trekking & outdoor itineraries. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story building. The heating is autonomous. The accommodation consists of a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen and a full bathroom. On the upper floor, there are the two sleeping areas with a bathroom and the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils, dishes, pots and Nespresso coffee machine. A small 3kg washing machine is available in the bathroom. Sheets and towels will be provided. Guests will have Wi-Fi connectivity available; access instructions will be provided by the host following check-in. The 40" smart TV is set up for the main on-demand platforms, accessible with your own account, and is equipped with the Sky decoder, which can be used with your own Sky card.
