This home is close to Downtown Houston, local grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, and some of Houston’s most popular attractions. A convenient way to get around is by rental car, LYFT, or UBER. Other things to note We have worked very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please respect, care and be mindful of the surrounding neighbors so that guests can continue to enjoy the space for many years to come. Some things to note: - East Downtown Houston has many active trains that toot their horns at night as a safety precaution. We have added noise-reducing drapes, installed white noise generators, and provided ear plugs. However, we recommend you bring your own products for a comfortable night. - Parking driveway can hold 3 cars. Be careful of the drainage trenches on the sides of the road. Please do not park on the street. - Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, or parties in the house. - There are security cameras at the perimeter of the house and backyard. There are no cameras inside the house. - Please do not smoke, vape, or use marijuana or drugs in the house. - Our trash days are on Friday mornings, if you are to stay during this time - please put out the trash cans to the front of the house.
