Beautiful boathouse on Lake Lawtonka.

Read ENTIRE listing before booking. Located on Lake Lawtonka, 2 miles from beautiful Medicine Park. Downstairs has king size bed along. The upstairs loft has a queen, twin, and full size beds, along with an oversized sectional. A waterless flushable toilet is in the bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, along with various small cooking appliances. There is no running water, but their is a sink that can be used with water from outside in a 5 gallon jug. The space There is no running water to the house, therefore, there is also no shower in the house. There is a community shower located across the inlet, approximately .5 mile away. There is a waterless flushable toilet located in the house. The house does occasionally make noise when the wind is high due to the slight movement of the house. As hard as I try to keep bugs out of the house and off the deck, they have a tendency to find their way there. If you are looking for a place to stay with no bugs, this is not the place for you. You can bring your boat and tie it off on the back during your stay. Guest access Entire house Other things to note If the water bucket at the sink needs refilled, you will need to take it to the water faucet right in front of the house to refill. Take the bucket with the dirty water to the porta-potty, DO NOT DUMP IN THE LAKE! Any help with watering plants is greatly appreciated, but of course, not required.
