This stylish place to stay is perfect for work trips for the week or short-long term. This is a basement bedroom with bathroom around the hall. Full fridge in basement for use. Queen bed. Married couple currently lives here with three small dogs. French Bulldogs. Dogs are happy to cuddle or give space. Quick access to the Cenovus upgrader. 5 minutes to Lakeland College. 15 minutes to Cenovus Refinery. Located on the edge of town. Any questions feel free to ask! The space The space you will be staying in is downstairs to the right. Fully completed bedroom (Dresser, Tv, Fan and any linens you may need). The bathroom is around the corner which consists of a full tub and shower and 5ft quartz countertop, full tub and shower. This is a shared space as there may be other guest in the basement. Guest access Access to the whole house minus the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. Welcome to use plates, pots pans, fridge space, ice maker or anything you’d like. Just let me know and I’ll show you where they are. During your stay If any questions or concerns please let one of us know. We will more then happily help you get around or allow a later checkout.
