Welcome to our charming 940 square foot Airbnb nestled in the heart of the serene Sonoran Desert. The home is near the edge of a rural neighborhood, just 10 miles south of Florence, Arizona. This freshly renovated home boasts a spacious interior that comfortably sleeps 4, with room for more if needed. Outside, you'll find yourself on the north half of a fully fenced and gated 2.5-acre property, offering privacy and security for a peaceful retreat. The space The year 2021 saw both the interior and exterior undergo thoughtful renovations, ensuring a delightful blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to Saint Anthony's Greek Orthodox Monastery, a mere 10-minute drive away. For outdoor adventurers, easy access to State land via Desert Hills Road is a quick 5 minutes away and the thrilling off-road trails of Box Canyon, just 29 miles away(round trip through box canyon is 2.5 hours) provide endless opportunities for exploration and excitement. Guest access Guests will have access the entire home and the north 1 acre of a fully fenced and gated 2.5 acres. The guests will have exclusive access to the home. The front and back yard are common areas . We will need to access the yard from time to time but we will make sure to for-warn any guests. Other things to note • The previous owners of the home built the addition to accommodate people under 6 foot Tall. Which means that anyone taller than 6’ will hit their head while passing through some of the doorways if they aren’t careful. 🤕 You will find a very good first aid kit in the kitchen below the sink. • Please keep the front gate closed at all times. It helps keep some of the wild things out. • We insist that all guests remain on the North side of the Arroyo ( dry sandy creek). •Please ask us about burn restrictions before enjoying the fire pit.
