The space *The Apartment has been recently renovated&refurbished, creating a contemporary space combined with beautifully preserved wooden floors and high ceilings. *The Apartment offers a great experience and comfort during your stay in Prague. Situated right in the heart of the city, yet not noisy during nights with double windows, where it is facing to the courtyard which is very calm all day and night long. *The entire area of the flat is 79 sq. meters with 2 bedrooms and kitchen and can accommodate up to 4 people. Newly designed by myself and beautifully furnished, in the living room there is an available sofa-bed. *The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with an elevator/lift. *My apartment is always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. According to the local laws, it is expected to keep the silence and to respect binding night rules after 10pm to 6am. —-Parking—- The best parking options are always paid in Prague, right next to the apartment there is a big shopping mall called Palladium (Námesti Republiky 1078/1, 110 00 Petrská čtvrť) and they have underground parking, or Kotva shopping mall(Náměstí Republiky 656/8, 110 00 Staré Město), please search in online palladium parking its 250mts from the apartment. There is also safe underground parkings provided by company named MrParkit(search online for them).
